If you just need someone to plug it all together, we'll happily do that too as part of our callout service.

From loss of service to extending the wireless signal

We can resolve internet issues and talk to your Internet company for you.

If you need help to make your wireless stretch we can work through all the available options for you.

ANNUAL SERVICE

Includes 12 months Internet Security

Although many of us give our cars an annual service, few do the same for their computers. Our annual health check comprises: a scan for viruses, removal of malware, install windows updates, review the programs beginning at start up and run a registry cleaner.

If there is not a paid for Internet Security program then we will install one, free of charge. We'll also recommend any upgrades to improve performance.

The fixed charge for the annual service is £49.99.

VIRUSES AND MALWARE

Detection and Removal

Sometimes we can remove viruses onsite but if they're complicated we'll have to take your computer back to the workshop.

Ultimately, we'll save the data, remove the operating system and data, create a fresh installation of Windows and reinstate the data.

There are lots of options to upgrade your existing computer. A quick visit and a quick chat is usually all it takes to find a solution. We'll source and return with the right parts to breathe life into your tiring machine.

From basic to complex

Some problems can be resolved in minutes but others take longer. Our aim is to keep you informed of progress and costs all the way. We'll not order parts or run up a bill without your authority.

If we think it's time to call a halt, we'll tell you.
